By making payment for this hire period you (the hirer) are agreeing fully to the terms and conditions set out below:

Rates

​

• Hire fee is $154 per night with a minimum hire period of 3 nights.

• $120 delivery fee to have everything setup for you. 

• An additional cleaning fee of $85 covers linen and cleaning of the van after each booking. 
  (ie for a 7 night bookings, total cost is $1283.00 which includes the cleaning and delivery of the van)

• A booking deposit of 50% of the total hire will confirm your booking. 

• The remainder hire payment, plus $200 rental bond is due 14 days prior to commencement of hire.

Payments

 

• Payments can be made via PayPal invoice or direct bank deposit

Rental Bond

 

• The rental bond ($200) will be returned within 3 days at the completion of hire providing the caravan and any other extra hire equipment is returned on time, undamaged. 

• -Rental Bond money will be used to cover any repairs or extra cleaning if required, from the hire.

Cancellation

 

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

• Within 14 days of commencement of hire 80% refund of hire fees paid. Bond Money paid will be refunded in full 

• within 7 days of commencement of hire 50% refund of hire fees paid. Bond Money paid will be refunded in full

Care and Cleaning

 

• The hirer agrees to make all efforts to return the caravan in the same condition as at the commencement of hire (ie clean/tidy & undamaged). Basic cleaning products are supplied. 

• No Smoking is permitted in or around the caravan 

• No candles permitted in or around the caravan 

• No pets inside the caravan 

• No heavy/hard items are to be stored on the floor of the caravan 

• No flammable substance, chemicals or explosives permitted in or around the caravan No substitution of any item of (or included in) the caravan is to be made 

• The caravan is not to be tampered with or altered in any way 

• The caravan is to be returned clean and tidy condition as displayed at the commencement of hire. 

• All dishes are to be clean and put away. 

• Al bedding and towels will be washed by the owners, so can be left as they are. 

• If the caravan is returned in an unsatisfactory condition (ie dirty dishes, stains, damaged walls or upholstery) a cleaning fee up to $150 will be deducted from the rental bond. 

• If the caravan needs to be deodorised from any odours including smoking includes campfire smoke, this cost will be deducted from the rental bond. 

• The owners reserve the right to deduct a cleaning fee from the rental bond if deemed necessary by the owners. 

• Equipment supplied is in good working condition upon commencement of the hire period. 

• The cost of missing, broken, damaged or lost items shall be deducted from the rental bond.

Damage

 

• Any malicious damage to the caravan caused by the hirer shall be repaired at the hirer’s expense. This includes any fees incurred by the owners whilst recovering monies for either replacement or repair of damage caused by the hirer. 

• It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the awing setup and operating instructions are adhered to at all times. If wind or extended periods of rain are expected, put away the awing and secure. 

• Any damage by neglect is the responsibility of the hirer. 

• The hirer agrees that the owners shall not be liable or accountable for any costs due to inconvenience, theft of any equipment or as a result of damage during the period of the hire 

• The hirer agrees that the owners shall not be held accountable for any damage to persons and/or property in regards to the hirer’s use of the caravan. 

• The hire of the caravan takes place from the conclusion of set up at the agreed location and concludes when the van is collected from the hire location/property.
